These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website for the studio unit at Palm Towers, San Antonio Village, Makati (the "Site"), operated by MMO IT Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting the inquiry form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site presents information about a single residential condominium unit offered for sale. It allows you to submit an inquiry and request a viewing. The Site is an invitation to inquire only. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract of sale arises from your use of it.

Details such as floor area, floor level, price, inclusions, title status, and building amenities are provided in good faith and believed accurate at the time of publication. They are not warranties and should be independently verified before you commit to a purchase. Photographs were taken in April 2022 and may not reflect the current condition of the unit or the building. Prospective buyers are encouraged to inspect the unit and examine the title and related documents.

3. Price and availability

The asking price and the availability of the unit are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice, and the unit may be sold to another buyer before your inquiry is answered.

4. Rental and investment estimates

Any rental yield or investment figures shown are estimates based on comparable listings in the area. They are illustrative only, are not projections or guarantees of income, and do not constitute financial or investment advice.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the Site.

6. Your submissions

You agree to provide accurate and current information when submitting the inquiry form, and not to impersonate any person or entity. You are responsible for the information you submit.
